Appointments

Consultations

There is an appointment reservation system at all our surgeries. This minimises waiting times and enables you to bring your pet to our surgery at a time convenient to you. To book an appointment please speak to one of our friendly receptionists who will be pleased to help you.

If you wish to call your local branch outside of the regular opening hours you will be transferred to our reception desk at our Market Harborough branch.

Operations

Admission times are as follows:

• Desborough – around 9am
• Kibworth – between 8.45am and 9am
• Market Harborough - between 8.20am and 8.45am

You will see a vet / nurse on admission to examine your pet and discuss the procedure to be carried out. At your discharge appointment with a nurse, a post-operative care sheet will be given to you when you collect your pet from the surgery.

Most patients will have their operations in the morning and go home between 2.00pm and 5.00pm

To make an appointment for your pet, please call on one of the numbers below, or use our online booking system.

Missed Appointments

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment please could you give us as much notice as possible. Missed appointments mean that other pets who need the appointment have not been able to use that time. Every effort is made to accommodate clients and to find available appointment slots, as well as covering emergencies. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.

Fees

We accept payment by cash, most debit and credit cards, BACS and cheque.

Fees are due at the time of consultation and all operations should be paid for when you collect your pet. Please discuss fees with the veterinary surgeon if you are concerned.

House Calls

There may be circumstances where you are unable to bring your pet to one of our surgeries but still require them to see a vet. If this is the case, please contact the surgery as early in the day as you can as there are only certain times of the day where a vet will be available to carry out a house visit. Vets can only carry basic equipment when making house calls so it is often better if you can get your pet to the surgery.
