There may have been changes to the way we work, but it’s still the same great team!

We are once again having to increase and change our distancing, protective and PPE measures drastically, meaning we are having to work differently. These changes have had to be implemented because there have recently been incidents of veterinary practices having to close for 14 days to cope with Covid outbreaks.

We know this is tiring and frustrating for our clients, but our priority is helping to protect everyone and ensure that we are minimising the risks as best we can, and to stay open. This might mean that consultations may take longer and we may not be able to fit in as many appointments as usual, but we will keep as busy as possible to accommodate everyone.  

We are genuinely so grateful for your patience while we continue to work as best we can under these restrictions. The way we provide veterinary care has changed since the outbreak of Covid-19. We miss those days where we could offer a welcoming smile and meet you in a cosy consultation room, but we’d like you to know that we are smiling behind the mask!

In spite of the masks, visors, aprons and gloves, our team is still dedicated to providing the best care possible for your pets. We still have access to state-of-the-art equipment and a very skilled clinical team. Out friendly nurses and vets are available and happy to answer any questions regarding your pets' welfare.
