While we are doing everything we can to maintain animal health and welfare in these extremely challenging circumstances, we also wanted to let you know that we’re very grateful for your patience and continued support.
We know that at the moment we cannot deliver the level of client care that you may be used too, but please be reassured that we are doing our best to provide veterinary care where essential for animal health, and will make sure that all value-added services, such as our Healthcare Club Health Checks and Nurse Clinics, are in place again as quickly as possible.
We’ve made sure that postage on flea and worm treatments for our Healthcare Club members is reduced by 50% and continue to look for ways to improve our service. All Healthcare Club benefits are still in place for you to take advantage of when we are allowed to take routine appointments again and have clients in the practice.
