We are here to support you and your pet.
Since we do not have enough space in our surgeries to allow for a one-way system we will continue to use our current procedures. This means that clients are not yet allowed into the building.
In order to continue offering vaccinations and routine work, as well as caring for unwell pets, we have to offer over 70 appointments per day. We can not do this if we are only able to allow one client into the building at a time.
Currently we can see four animals at a time in addition to inpatients (this varies at branches), making it possible for us to give the best possible care to the greatest number of patients. We are also running vaccination and neutering clinics to catch up with the back log.
Please contact us on 01858462839 if you are worried or have any questions.
