Ongoing Practice Processes

Over the next few weeks, with more shops and businesses re-opening, the UK will be relaxing some of the social distancing protocols. However, due to the nature of our work, it is impossible for us to maintain safe social distancing with clients in our consultation rooms. Consequently, we will continue to work as we are, providing an excellent level of service, but with no clients inside the practice.

It will still be some time before we can allow clients into the practice. We will continue to offer telephone consultations, and in some cases you may need to come to the practice if we feel your pet needs some treatment that we cannot provide over the phone. On these occasions please phone the practice on arrival while you are in the car park. A vet or nurse will come to collect your pet and bring it into the building for the examination/treatment. They will let you know a treatment plan and deliver your pet and medication back outside to you. Reception will take your payment, by card, over the phone. We will not accept cash payments.

One person per pet please, and if possible please could owners wear a face mask to the practice. Our staff will be wearing face masks when dealing with clients in face-to-face situations.

Worm and flea treatments can be collected from the practice. Please call in and speak to the Reception team to arrange collection. 

We are still taking food and repeat medication orders telephonically. We will ask you to pay over the phone prior to collection. 48 hours is requested for repeat medication and food orders. When you arrive to collect your order, please wait outside the practice and give us a call from your mobile. Someone will bring your order to you.


If you have symptoms of coronavirus or are self isolating please DO NOT COME TO THE PRACTICE.
