In order for us to to prescribe flea and worming treatments, it is a requirement for us to have seen your pet within 12 months . The initial visit has to be with a vet. After this initial consult with the vet, you can book a free flea and worming check with one of our registered veterinary nurses for repeat dispenses, provided it is within 12 months of having been seen.
For all other ongoing medications, your pet is required to have had a check-up within the last 4 to 6 months at varying intervals (dependent on the medication). It may be the case that this appointment is due, in which case your medication request will be declined and someone will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Please be aware that online medication requests will be available from 4pm the next working day (Mon-Fri) after placing an order. If medication is required more urgently, please call the branch from which you require it directly.
