How has COVID-19 changed veterinary appointments?
Your appointment may be quite different if you haven’t visited us since the start of the COVID19 pandemic and the resultant government guidance around social distancing recommendations etc. Please be patient with our entire team as we navigate the smoothest, most efficient way for this to happen. Each branch will have to work slightly differently due to the size and layout of each premises. Please follow all the instructions given to you prior to, and during, your visit. This will ensure any procedures are done as safely as possible for you and our teams.
Update: 11/10/21 - Cat Vaccine Shortage
There is currently a national shortage of some cat vaccines due to the leading European manufacturer experiencing unexpectedly high demand.
There may be changes to our booster vaccination reminders, to manage that supply and to ensure the most vulnerable cats, e.g. kittens, are prioritised for vaccines. Please be patient with us as we try to manage the vaccination schedules. If your cat is due a vaccination, please speak to our Reception team and they will be able to advise when this can be booked in. The shortage is only on some vaccines, so the team will be able to book you in accordingly.
